          • Modular Competency Pass Rate
          • Graduation Rate
          • Attrition Rate
          • % of Students Demonstrating Application of New Competencies acquired from Training 6 months after Training Completion
          • % of Students with Improved Employment Status
          • % of Students Going onto Further Study at a Higher Level
