Graduation Requirements
Company-Sponsored Trainee
- Trainee must achieve minimum 75% course attendance
- Trainee must achieve a pass in all assessments
Should there be a change in circumstances, for e.g. the Trainee resigns or employment terminated, the employer will not be eligible for funding.
If the Trainee wishes to continue with the course, he/she can apply as a Self-Sponsored trainee.
Self-Sponsored Trainee
- Trainee must achieve minimum 75% course attendance
- Trainee must achieve a pass in all assessments
The trainee is liable to repay the funding if ANY of the following is unfulfilled:
- Completion of all Statements of Attainment (SOAs)
- Completed and pass ALL assessments
- Self-paying applicants are NOT entitled to absentee payroll
- Trainee may be required to sign a letter of undertaking to indicate that he/she fully understands the terms and conditions for the SSG funding.
Grants
Grants are only available to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents and can subsidise 70-90% of the course fees. Please visit wsg.gov.sg for more info.
