Course Description

This unit covers determining the feasibility of using social media platforms and evaluating impact of social media on the organisation as well as developing and refining social media strategies.

This course will provide your team members with the tools for the job - have strategic visioning and decision making skills to evaluate and determine the feasibility of using social media platforms and communication team dynamics are all explored. Our trainers are Tourism & Hospitality professionals experienced in the industry and in delivering meaningful, enjoyable training.
